1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Sales Hub (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Free Oppression ApS ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Sales Hub is an e-commerce analytics platform that helps merchants track profitability by reconciling Shopify revenue with Printify fulfillment costs. The Service provides:

  • Shopify order tracking with connected fulfillment-cost matching
  • Profit and loss calculations
  • Cost analysis including fulfillment costs, fees, and taxes
  • Currency conversion and financial reporting
  • Data provenance tracking

3. Account and Access

To use the Service, you must connect supported e-commerce platform accounts, such as Shopify and Printify. By connecting these accounts, you:

  • Authorize us to access your account data through official APIs
  • Confirm you have the authority to grant such access
  • Accept responsibility for maintaining the security of your connected accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate analytics and calculations, the Service relies on data from third-party platforms. We make no guarantees regarding:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data from connected platforms
  • Currency conversion rates, which are approximate and may differ from actual rates
  • Profit calculations, which are estimates based on available data

You are responsible for verifying any critical financial data before making business decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Free Oppression ApS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your data remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with supported third-party platforms, including Shopify and Printify. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for:

  • Changes to third-party APIs that may affect the Service
  • Data retention policies of third-party platforms
  • Outages or issues with third-party services

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALES HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Free Oppression ApS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • You may request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and changing the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
