When you first connect your store, Seller Hub performs an initial sync of all your historical data. Here is what to expect:
Duration: 5-10 minutes for most stores. Stores with 10,000+ orders may take up to 30 minutes.
What syncs: - All Shopify orders (revenue, fees, taxes, refunds) - Printify fulfillment cost data (production costs, shipping costs) - Product catalog data (titles, variants, SKUs)
During sync: - The dashboard will show a progress indicator. - You can navigate the app normally while sync runs in the background. - Data will appear incrementally as it is processed.
After sync: - Your dashboard will show profit data that updates as Shopify events and scheduled cost syncs arrive. - New Shopify orders will arrive automatically via webhooks. - Daily scheduled syncs will keep cost data up to date.
If the sync appears stuck, try triggering a manual re-sync from Settings > Integrations.
