Orders showing $0 profit typically indicate missing cost data, not that the order is genuinely unprofitable. Common causes:
- Unmatched fulfillment order:
- The Shopify order has not been linked to its Printify counterpart. Check the Data Health page for unmatched orders.
- Printify is not connected:
- If Printify is not connected, Seller Hub has no automatic fulfillment cost data. Go to Settings > Integrations to connect Printify.
- Name mismatch:
- Product names differ between Shopify and Printify. Seller Hub matches by product title and variant name. Ensure naming is consistent.
- Recent order:
- If the order is very recent, Printify may not have reported costs yet. Daily syncs will pick up new cost data.
- Manual fulfillment:
- Orders fulfilled outside Printify have no automatic cost data. Add custom costs in Settings > Costs.
To investigate specific orders: 1. Click on the order to open the detail view. 2. Check the "Cost Breakdown" section. 3. Look for items marked as "Missing" or "Estimated". 4. If costs are genuinely missing, add them manually via Settings > Costs.
