Seller Hub follows strict data retention policies in compliance with GDPR.
Active accounts: - All order and financial data is retained for as long as your account is active. - Data is stored encrypted at rest in EU-based data centers. - Regular automated backups ensure data integrity.
After cancellation: - Your data is retained for 30 days after account cancellation. - During this period, you can reactivate your account and recover all data. - After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
After uninstalling from Shopify: - Same 30-day retention policy applies. - Reinstalling within 30 days will restore your historical data.
Immediate deletion: If you want your data deleted before the 30-day retention period, contact info@free-oppression.com with your account email. We will confirm deletion within 48 hours.
What gets deleted: - All order data (revenue, costs, fees) - All product catalog data - All customer information - All financial reports and export history - Account settings and preferences
What is NOT deleted: - Aggregated, anonymized analytics (no PII) - Billing records (required by law for tax/accounting purposes)
